How much is it to rent the barn?

For weddings and receptions, pricing starts at $3,000. For other events, the rental fee is $200 per hour. Click here for a full list of pricing and amenities.

Can I come see the barn?

Yes. Tours of Hidden Brook Acres are available by appointment only. Email Jeff@HiddenBrookAcres.com to set up a tour.

Where is Hidden Brook Acres located?

We're located at 475 N 800 E, Shelbyville, Indiana, just 1o mins east of Shelbyville.

How many people can Hidden Brook Acres accommodate?

We can comfortable accommodate approximately 150 seated guests inside the barn for a wedding or event, however we have hosted weddings with up to 250 guests. Tents can be installed outside the barn to assist with additional space. Tent rental is in addition to venue rental.

Are there restrooms available on site?

Yes. we have two indoor permanent restroom facilities.

Is there a space for the bridal party to get ready?

Yes. Climate controlled bridal suite and grooms room are available on site.

Is the barn climate controlled?

The barn is not climate controlled. We do provide some fans and some guests choose to rent heating or air conditioning from outside vendors to help with climate control.

Do you have preferred caterers, photographers, etc that must be used?

No. You may use the caterer, photographer, DJ, etc of you choice, but we're happy to provide recommendations.

Where do guests park at events?

We have 10 acres to park vehicles for events. We always provide staff to assist with parking for any event.
